BANDEX has been manufacturing slatted frame tape for the bed industry for many years. Our slatted frame tapes are made from cotton for natural bed systems. We are happy to develop tapes based on your concepts, including with other materials.

Our standard tapes have a standard width of 107 mm and can be customised to your individual requirements in terms of the pattern repeat and pocket size. We offer versions with or without rubber threads (to secure the bed slats) and with pockets open on both sides or closed on one side.

Our standard has the following specifications:

  • Width: 107 mm*
  • Pocket width: 82 mm* (centred on the tape)
  • Colour: natural
  • Material: 100% cotton (conventional cultivation) or from 100% controlled organic cultivation. Variant with additional rubber threads (anti-slip coating) possible.
  • Packaging: laid in a box (usually 300 m)
  • Option: with print or laser engraving
