We can process a variety of materials – from natural fibers to the highest quality technical yarns. Of course, we can also blend these to meet specific requirements and achieve ideal properties.
Possible Product Development Process
Customer requirements come first. During a consultation, our goal is to understand the exact purpose of use and the necessary parameters, including the required target price. Based on this, we develop an implementation concept and a cost framework.
Once approved by the customer, the sampling phase follows. The product is produced in small quantities and subjected to the necessary tests, which may include tensile strength or fire resistance, and can be assessed according to various standards.
After the customer approves the sample, mass production is initiated. Depending on the situation, framework contracts or call-off quantities can also be agreed upon to ensure availability.
Long-term Customer Relationships are Paramount
Even after moving to mass production, we do not leave our customers on their own. In dialogue, we strive to implement further improvements to the product over its lifecycle, but also to pass on possible cost advantages to our customers with increasing quantities. A good partnership is essential for a long-term, trustworthy customer relationship – and that is our goal.
